Balsamic orange is created primarily to meet the needs of that market segment ready to enjoy an innovative and full of feelings.
The fermentation of oranges follows the same production techniques grape lands of Modena, the liquid is in fact left in wooden casks in order to obtain a balsamic with characteristics similar to those obtained from grapes but with its own identity.
Acetaia Malpighi is recommended for use on various types of cheese, carpaccio of swordfish, salmon, octopus, shellfish and fruit salads.
